Ordering

To order a product, simply click on the Add To Cart button and complete the details including your name, address and payment details. You will receive an order confirmation email.

Pricing

The base currency at Rotor And Piston is United States Dollars or USD. You can choose to see prices in other currencies with the selector in the top menu. When completing a purchase, you will be billed in the currency you have selected. We update the exchange rates each day to ensure you get the current rates.

Payment

We use the 3rd party payment processor Stripe. Entering and processing your credit card details is done directly on their servers. Rotor And Piston does not see or retain your credit card details. Shipping

All products are usually shipped with 24-48 hours of receiving the order and payment. Where there are exceptions to this, it is noted on the product page and you will be advised by email.

All shipping is via methods with door to door tracking and signature on receipt for the higher value items. Those requiring signature will not be left at your door.

We are required to ship to the billing address used for the credit card payment. We are not able to ship to a third party address.

We ask for your telephone number purely because some shipping methods require a telephone number. Your telephone number will not be used for marketing purposes.

Returns

We take care to protect the item ready for shipping. If there is obvious damage to the box, please take detailed photos before opening. If the contents are also damaged, please compete the Contact Form and we will be in contact to ensure your complete satisfaction.

COVID-19 UPDATE

Whilst production times are improving, there are still delays mostly in the shipping times. Please be patient while we work through these issues.

We are also not able to ship to a number of countries because of restrictions on incoming mail. If you find you are unable to order, please wait until your country is able to accept international mail again.
